Software Development Test Engineer

As a software development test engineer senior or lead on this Agent Distribution Business Function Discretionary team, you'll collaborate with other teams to stand up and maintain our Test Data Management capability to support our project delivery efforts. In this role, you'll build systems and tools in our QA environment to mimic data from other applications. You'll ensure reliable test data and improve testing efficiency by reducing manual data creation. Additionally, you'll improve test coverage with comprehensive, production-representative data, resulting in higher confidence in our production releases. You'll also work with collaborators to understand their data and work through any concerns to resolve any problems or issues. During high peak times, you'll also assist with performing manual testing to support our quality assurance analyst.

Must-have qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS) and a minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, testing and supporting software programs and applications.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, testing and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and JavaScript
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• The ability to collaborate and work in a team orientated environment
• Experience with version control systems, TFVC and Git, and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
• Knowledge and/or experience with full stack development, AWS, Java, or Python experience
Compensation
• $101,800 - $146,000/year depending on level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 30-40% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
